Set Up the NoKe Storage Smart Entry Mobile App

Access Your Storage Unit

Open the Storage Smart Entry mobile app

Tap & hold the LED pad (2-3 sec) on the NoKe smart lock to "wake" it

Once lock is awake, the unit icon on your app will highlight

Tap the highlighted icon to open the door or entry point

Slide the hasp to the open position, then lift the door

Report an Issue with a Unit

Tap the Settings icon in your Storage Smart Entry app

Tap "Report an Issue"

Tap "Add Photo"

Enter a title for the issue

Enter a description for the issue

Select the unit # to attach to the issue

Tap "Save"
