Set Up the NoKe Storage Smart Entry Mobile App

Access Your Storage Unit

• Open the Storage Smart Entry mobile app

• Tap & hold the LED pad (2-3 sec) on the NoKe smart lock to "wake" it

• Once lock is awake, the unit icon on your app will highlight

• Tap the highlighted icon to open the door or entry point

• Slide the hasp to the open position, then lift the door

Report an Issue with a Unit

• Tap the Settings icon in your Storage Smart Entry app

• Tap "Report an Issue"

• Tap "Add Photo"

• Enter a title for the issue

• Enter a description for the issue

• Select the unit # to attach to the issue

• Tap "Save"
